The scope of this Quotation Estimate covers a twelve-month engagement period commencing on 1 August 2025. The Software Engineer will work a standard five-day week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Ghana Standard Time) from the Ghana Accra development hub, with the option of hybrid remote work for up to two days per week as mutually agreed upon by both parties.

As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: a 30% advance payment (GHS 146,970.00) due upon contract execution, followed by monthly invoicing in arrears on the 25th of each month. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to TechNova Solutions Ltd.'s designated account at Ecobank, Ghana Accra branch. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Ghanaian commercial law.
4.1 – This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Ghana Accra and currency fluctuations.
4.2 – The Software Engineer assigned to this project shall be a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in full-stack development, cloud architecture, and enterprise application design. The candidate profile will be shared with the client for approval prior to commencement.
4.3 – All intellectual property developed under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. TechNova Solutions Ltd. retains the right to use anonymized technical methodologies for internal training purposes.
4.4 – The client agrees to provide timely access to all necessary systems, documentation, and stakeholder availability to ensure the Software Engineer can deliver within the agreed timelines.
4.5 – Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
4.6 – This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2005 (Act 698).
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party software licenses not listed in Section 2, travel expenses beyond Ghana Accra metropolitan area, or any additional Software Engineer resources that may be requested after the initial scope has been defined.
