The following Quotation Estimate details all costs associated with the Software Engineer engagement in India Bangalore. All figures are expressed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable statutory deductions unless otherwise noted.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in the India Bangalore technology talent ecosystem.
2. The Software Engineer shall be subject to a replacement guarantee of ninety (90) days from the date of joining. In the event of voluntary resignation or termination for cause within this window, a replacement Software Engineer of equivalent profile will be provided at no additional recruitment cost.
3. All payments shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the designated bank account of ProStaff Technology Solutions. Invoices will be raised in accordance with the GST regulations applicable in India Bangalore.
4. The client reserves the right to terminate the engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices up to the last working day shall be settled within fifteen (15) days.
5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, source code, and business strategies. This obligation survives the termination of this Quotation Estimate engagement for a period of two (2) years.
6. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in India Bangalore in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a permanent employment contract. The Software Engineer shall be engaged on a contractual/staffing basis as mutually agreed upon in the separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
