Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of TechTalent Solutions S.r.l., Milan, Italy. The recruitment and placement fee is due within 15 business days of contract signature. Monthly salary and contribution payments are due on the 28th of each month, in arrears. A 1.5% monthly late-payment interest charge shall apply to any overdue amounts in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).
This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. The pricing reflects current market conditions for a Software Engineer in the Italy Milan region as of June 2025. Should the client require the engagement to commence after the validity period, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued to account for any changes in salary benchmarks, statutory contribution rates, or exchange-rate fluctuations.
