This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechBridge Solutions K.K. to formally outline the professional services to be rendered by a senior Software Engineer for the duration of the contracted period in Japan Tokyo. The Software Engineer will be embedded within the client's development team and will operate primarily from the client's office located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, with occasional remote work permitted in accordance with the terms set forth in this document.

* All amounts are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY). The equivalent in USD at the time of this Quotation Estimate is approximately USD 71,280 (rate: 1 USD = 150 JPY). Final settlement shall be made in JPY via bank transfer to the account specified in Section 7.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Software Engineer are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract execution; remaining 50% payable in two equal monthly installments at the end of month 3 and month 6 of the engagement.
- The Software Engineer shall adhere to all confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations specific to the client's operations in Japan Tokyo. A separate NDA shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Working hours are defined as 09:00 to 18:00 JST, Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese national public holidays. Overtime beyond 10% of contracted hours will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 15% early termination fee.
- All intellectual property created specifically for the client during the engagement period shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. The Software Engineer retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope of work, fee schedule, and terms and conditions outlined herein for the engagement of the Software Engineer in Japan Tokyo.
