The Software Engineer proposed under this Quotation Estimate will be a senior-level professional with a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development. The Software Engineer will be physically located in Morocco Casablanca and will operate on a full-time basis for the duration of the contract. The primary responsibilities of the Software Engineer include, but are not limited to:

• Design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile applications using modern technology stacks (React, Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET as specified by the client).
• Architecture design and system integration for enterprise-grade platforms serving the Moroccan and broader North African market.
• Code review, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline management.
• Collaboration with the client's product management team in Casablanca for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies.
• Technical documentation, API design, and knowledge transfer sessions for the client's internal development team.
• Ongoing maintenance, bug resolution, and performance optimization of existing software systems.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 30% at the midpoint of the engagement (month 3), and 30% upon final delivery and acceptance. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Atlas Digital Solutions SARL, Casablanca, Morocco. Invoices will be issued in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are payable within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
• The Software Engineer assigned to this project will be exclusively dedicated to the client for the contract duration. Substitution of the Software Engineer requires prior written approval from the client.
• All intellectual property developed under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. The Software Engineer and Atlas Digital Solutions SARL retain no rights to the deliverables.
• Confidentiality obligations as defined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall apply to all parties. All data processed in Morocco Casablanca will comply with Moroccan data protection regulations (Law 09-08).
• Any scope changes or additional requirements beyond the original Quotation Estimate will be documented in a formal Change Order and priced separately before implementation.
• This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts of Casablanca.
