1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by TechNova Solutions S.A.C. to provide Andina Digital Group S.A.C. with a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of costs associated with the professional services of a Software Engineer to be deployed and utilized within the Peru Lima metropolitan area. This document serves as a binding proposal for the period specified above and outlines all deliverables, timelines, and financial commitments related to the engagement.

2. Scope of Services – Software Engineer Engagement

The Software Engineer referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be a senior-level professional with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in full-stack software development, cloud architecture, and enterprise application design. The Software Engineer will be physically based in the Peru Lima office of the client, operating within the San Isidro business district, and will report directly to the client's Chief Technology Officer.

The scope of work for the Software Engineer includes, but is not limited to:

Design, development, and maintenance of the client's proprietary ERP platform (Java/Spring Boot backend, React.js frontend).
Migration of legacy on-premise systems to AWS cloud infrastructure, with deployment managed from the Peru Lima data center region (us-east-1).
Implementation of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Docker containers.
Code review, technical mentoring of junior developers, and architectural decision documentation.
Compliance with Peruvian data protection regulations (Ley N° 29733) and local software licensing requirements.
Weekly progress reporting and bi-weekly sprint planning sessions conducted in the Peru Lima office.

Note: All monetary values in this Quotation Estimate are expressed in Peruvian Soles (PEN). Exchange rate reference at time of issue: 1 USD ≈ 3.72 PEN. The Software Engineer fee is inclusive of all mandatory Peruvian social security contributions (EsSalud, AFP) and statutory benefits as required by the Peruvian Labor Code (D.L. 7289). 4. Payment Terms

Advance Payment: 30% of the total contract value (PEN 107,545.20) due upon signature of the service agreement, to be transferred via bank wire to TechNova Solutions S.A.C., BCP Bank, Cta. Cte. 191-19045678-0-19, Lima, Peru.
Monthly Installments: The remaining 70% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears, with payment due within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice receipt.
Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month of delay shall apply, in accordance with Peruvian commercial law.
Currency: All payments shall be made in Peruvian Soles (PEN) to the account specified above in Peru Lima.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the Peru Lima technology sector.
The Software Engineer shall be subject to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and intellectual property assignment contract in compliance with Peruvian Law N° 27808 (Intellectual Property Law).
Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before implementation.
The Software Engineer shall adhere to the client's internal code of conduct, security policies, and data handling procedures while working in the Peru Lima office.
TechNova Solutions S.A.C. reserves the right to substitute the assigned Software Engineer with a professional of equal or superior qualifications, subject to client approval.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A definitive Service Agreement shall be executed upon mutual acceptance of all terms herein.
Governing law: Republic of Peru. Jurisdiction: Courts of Lima, Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before the Centro de Arbitraje y Conciliación de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima.

6. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon terms for the engagement of a Software Engineer in Peru Lima, and that all costs, timelines, and conditions have been reviewed and accepted.
