• Role Definition & Job Specification: Collaborative development of a detailed job description for the Software Engineer position, including required technical competencies (Java, Python, .NET, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, microservices architecture), experience level (minimum 7 years), and reporting structure within the Qatar Doha office.
• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Global and regional sourcing of qualified Software Engineer candidates, including technical assessments, coding challenges, system design interviews, and behavioral evaluations conducted by our senior IT recruitment team based in Qatar Doha.
• Visa & Work Permit Processing: Full management of Qatar Ministry of Labour work permit applications, Qatar ID (QID) registration, medical fitness examinations, and visa stamping for the selected Software Engineer candidate in compliance with all Qatar Doha regulatory requirements.

• Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to government policy changes in Qatar Doha, natural disasters, or international travel restrictions.
