This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by TechTalent Solutions LLC to provide the Client with a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Software Engineer to be deployed and operational within Saudi Arabia Riyadh. This document outlines the full scope of services, compensation structure, applicable statutory obligations under Saudi labor law, and all associated costs required to secure, onboard, and retain a high-caliber Software Engineer for the Client's technology division based in the Riyadh metropolitan area.
The Software Engineer position described herein is intended to support the Client's ongoing digital transformation initiatives, enterprise application development, cloud infrastructure management, and software maintenance programs. All terms and conditions presented in this Quotation Estimate are structured in full compliance with the Saudi Arabian Labor Law (Royal Decree No. M/51), the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) regulations, and the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) guidelines governing the employment of both Saudi nationals and expatriate professionals in Riyadh.
The Software Engineer engagement under this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following deliverables and responsibilities:
- Software Development & Architecture: Design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade software applications using modern technology stacks including but not limited to Java, .NET, Python, and cloud-native frameworks.

- Quality Assurance & Code Review: Implementation of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and peer code review processes.
- Technical Documentation: Production of comprehensive technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, and user manuals in both English and Arabic as required by Saudi regulatory standards.

The Software Engineer proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall meet the following minimum qualifications:

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Payment terms: 50% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the Service Agreement; 50% upon successful onboarding and commencement of duties by the Software Engineer.
- The Client is responsible for providing a suitable workspace, IT hardware (laptop, monitor, peripherals), and software licenses at their Riyadh office premises.
- All employment terms shall be governed by the Saudi Labor Law. The Software Engineer shall be entitled to a minimum of 30 calendar days of paid annual leave, public holidays as declared by the Saudi government, and sick leave in accordance with statutory provisions.
- Termination by either party requires a written notice period of ninety (90) days, or payment in lieu of notice, as stipulated in the individual employment contract.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through the competent labor courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with applicable Saudi law.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding employment contract. A formal employment contract, compliant with MHRSD templates, shall be executed separately upon mutual agreement.
