Ltd. to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Software Engineer to be deployed at the client's premises in Singapore Singapore. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack web applications, microservices architectures, and cloud-native solutions. All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards and regulatory requirements applicable in Singapore Singapore, including compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and relevant data sovereignty regulations.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and terms are subject to revision by Meridian Tech Solutions Pte. Ltd.
- The Software Engineer assigned to this engagement shall be a qualified professional with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience. The client reserves the right to request a replacement if performance does not meet the agreed service-level expectations.
- All work shall be carried out at the client's designated office in Singapore Singapore during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Singapore Standard Time). Any work performed outside these hours shall be billed at 1.5x the standard rate.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments shall be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- The Software Engineer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a non-compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months following the conclusion of the engagement. All intellectual property developed during the contract period shall vest exclusively in the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for third-party software licences, cloud infrastructure charges, or hardware procurement. Such expenses shall be borne directly by the client in Singapore Singapore.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. The Quotation Estimate amounts shall be adjusted accordingly.
- This engagement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore Singapore under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- Meridian Tech Solutions Pte. Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 2,000,000 for the duration of the Software Engineer engagement.

This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be executed within five (5) business days.
