Performance optimization, security auditing, and compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable in Spain.

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer to the account details of TechSolutions Iberia S.L. in Spain Madrid:

30% advance payment upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master service agreement.
Monthly invoices issued on the 1st business day of each month for the preceding month's services rendered by the Software Engineer.
Final 10% retention released upon successful project handover, final acceptance testing, and delivery of all technical documentation.
All payments are due within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established under Spanish commercial law (Ley de Morosidad).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates and availability of the proposed Software Engineer may be subject to revision.
The engagement of the Software Engineer is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall be the sole property of the client upon full payment. TechSolutions Iberia S.L. retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
The Software Engineer shall comply with all applicable Spanish labor regulations, data protection laws (GDPR and LOPDGDD), and professional confidentiality obligations.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 15% cancellation fee on the remaining contract value.
Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing via a formal Change Order, which will be appended to this Quotation Estimate as an addendum.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive Master Service Agreement (MSA) incorporating all terms herein.
All communications regarding this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent Software Engineer engagement shall be directed to the project manager assigned in our Spain Madrid office.
