The Software Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following duties and deliverables:

• Architecture design and implementation of scalable microservices and RESTful APIs to support enterprise-level workloads.
• Code review, peer mentoring, and technical guidance for junior developers within the Colombo-based team.
• Integration of third-party services, payment gateways, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) relevant to the client's operational needs in Sri Lanka.
• Writing comprehensive technical documentation, including system design documents, API specifications, and user manuals.
• Participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups conducted at the client's office in Colombo or via approved remote channels.
• Performance optimization, security auditing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline maintenance.

The following Quotation Estimate details the monthly and project-based charges for the Software Engineer engagement. All amounts are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise specified.

* The above Quotation Estimate assumes a 12-month engagement period. For shorter or extended terms, rates will be recalculated pro-rata. All figures are exclusive of any applicable withholding tax as mandated by the Inland Revenue Department of Sri Lanka.

• Commencement: The Software Engineer engagement shall commence within ten (10) business days of written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and receipt of the initial onboarding fee.
• Working Location: Primary work will be conducted at the client's premises in Colombo, Sri Lanka, with a hybrid arrangement of up to two (2) remote days per week subject to mutual agreement.
• Intellectual Property: All code, documentation, designs, and deliverables produced by the Software Engineer during the engagement period shall be the sole property of the client, as per a separate Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement.
• Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, and business strategies. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to commencement.
