• Recruitment & Sourcing: Identification, screening, interviewing, and selection of a qualified Senior Software Engineer with a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in full-stack development, with particular expertise in Java, Python, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), and microservices design patterns.
• Contractual Administration: Preparation and execution of an employment contract compliant with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the applicable collective labour agreement (GAV) for the canton of Zurich.
