Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, all transactions processed in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the designated account in Thailand Bangkok:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. This covers the initial onboarding of the Software Engineer and project mobilization in Thailand Bangkok.
- Monthly Retainer Payments: Due on the 5th business day of each month for the Software Engineer's ongoing services, payable in arrears.
- Project Milestone Payments: 50% upon completion of Phase 1 deliverables and 50% upon completion of Phase 2 deliverables, subject to client sign-off.
- Final Settlement: Remaining balance due within 15 business days of project closure and final acceptance in Thailand Bangkok.
