The Software Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following activities within the United Arab Emirates Dubai market context:

• Requirements Analysis & System Design: Conducting stakeholder workshops, gathering functional and non-functional requirements, and producing detailed system architecture documentation tailored to the regulatory and business environment of the United Arab Emirates Dubai.
• Application Development: Designing and coding a full-stack web application using modern frameworks (React.js, Node.js, Python/Django) with a microservices architecture, ensuring scalability and compliance with UAE data protection regulations.
• Database Architecture: Designing and implementing a relational and NoSQL database solution (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) with appropriate indexing, replication, and backup strategies.
• API Development & Integration: Building RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrating with third-party payment gateways (including UAE-specific providers such as Telr, Network International, and PayTabs), and ensuring seamless connectivity with existing client systems.
