The Software Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following duties and deliverables, all to be performed in accordance with the professional standards expected within the United Kingdom London technology sector:

• Design, development, testing, and deployment of microservices architecture using Java, Python, and Go within the client's AWS and Azure hybrid cloud environment.
• Collaboration with the client's internal product team, based at their London office, to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional software modules.
• Implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure reliable and repeatable release cycles.
• Code review, peer mentoring, and adherence to the client's established coding standards and security protocols as mandated by UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
• Provision of technical documentation, API specifications, and post-deployment support for a minimum of thirty (30) business days following each release.
• Attendance at weekly sprint planning meetings and bi-weekly stakeholder reviews held at the client's premises in the City of London.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:

• 25% deposit (GBP £32,643.00) due upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of the Software Engineer's on-site engagement.
• Monthly invoices issued in arrears on the last working day of each calendar month, payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date by bank transfer to the account details provided.
• Final settlement of any outstanding balance, including the post-deployment support fee, to be settled within fourteen (14) days of the completion of the 30-day support window.
• Late payments shall attract interest at a rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in the United Kingdom London technology labour market.
