The Software Engineer assigned to this project will operate out of the client's premises in Venezuela Caracas for a minimum of four (4) days per week, with the remaining time allocated to remote development and code review. The scope encompasses the following activities:

• Requirements gathering and system architecture design for the new ERP financial module.
• Full-stack development using Java Spring Boot, React.js, and PostgreSQL, with integration to existing banking APIs.
• Implementation of security protocols compliant with the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) regulatory framework.
• Unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
• Deployment to the client's on-premise servers located in Venezuela Caracas and configuration of disaster recovery.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in U.S. Dollars (USD) via international wire transfer to the account of TechSolutions Caribe C.A. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 40% milestone payment ($38,880.00) upon completion of core development and successful UAT sign-off.
• 30% final payment ($29,160.00) upon full deployment, documentation delivery, and commencement of the support period.

All payments are due within fifteen (15) business days of invoice issuance. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with commercial practices in Venezuela Caracas.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, rates may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Venezuela Caracas market.
