- Payment shall be made monthly in advance, no later than the 5th business day of each month, via bank transfer to the account designated by EduCare Argentina S.R.L.
- A 10% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Special Education Teacher's availability for the start date.
- Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la Nación Argentina for overdue commercial credits.
- All invoices will be issued as Factura A (IVA) in compliance with AFIP regulations for Argentina Buenos Aires.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Argentine labor market or regulatory requirements.
- The engagement of the Special Education Teacher is for a minimum period of one full academic year (February 2026 – December 2026). Early termination by either party requires 60 days' written notice.
- EduCare Argentina S.R.L. guarantees the replacement of the Special Education Teacher within 15 business days in the event of prolonged absence (medical leave exceeding 30 consecutive days).
- The Special Education Teacher shall maintain full confidentiality regarding student records, family information, and institutional data in accordance with Argentine Law N.º 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and stamped the formal service agreement (Contrato de Prestación de Servicios).
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent labor courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
