Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in monthly instalments via direct bank transfer to Brisbane Inclusive Education Services Pty Ltd. The first payment is due within 14 business days of the commencement date of the Special Education Teacher placement. Subsequent payments are due on the 28th of each calendar month. A 2% late-payment surcharge will apply to any outstanding balance exceeding 30 days. All amounts are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Special Education Teacher's statutory superannuation contributions as required under Australian employment law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing wage conditions in the Australia Brisbane education market.
- The Special Education Teacher engaged under this arrangement will be an employee of Brisbane Inclusive Education Services Pty Ltd and will operate under a secondment agreement with the client school. The teacher will comply with all Queensland Department of Education and the State of Origin policies.
- A minimum engagement period of 20 weeks applies. Early termination by the client school prior to the 20-week mark will incur a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the remaining contract value.
- The Special Education Teacher will undergo a National Police Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and a current First Aid and Anaphylaxis certification prior to commencing duties at the Australia Brisbane school site.
- All student records, IEPs, and assessment data developed during the engagement remain the property of the client school. Our Special Education Teacher will adhere to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement and the client has provided written acceptance.
- Any changes to the scope of services, including additional student caseloads or extended hours, will be documented in a written Variation Order and may result in an adjusted Quotation Estimate.
