4. Payment Schedule

In accordance with standard invoicing practices for educational services in Australia Melbourne, payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

Monthly progress invoices issued on the last business day of each calendar month, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days.

5. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting any market adjustments will be provided.
The Special Education Teacher engaged under this Quotation Estimate is an independent contractor of Inclusive Education Partners Pty Ltd and is not an employee of the client institution.
All services shall be delivered in compliance with the Education and Training Act 2006 (Victoria), the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), and the Victorian Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006.
The client agrees to provide a safe, accessible working environment in accordance with Australian Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations applicable in Melbourne, Victoria.
Confidentiality of all student records, IEP documents, and progress reports is guaranteed under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the Quotation Estimate total will be applied.
All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to a maximum annual adjustment of 3% for the following academic year, in line with the Victorian Education Sector Award.
