The Special Education Teacher will commence services on 1 July 2025 and the engagement period will run through to 28 November 2025, aligning with the NSW school term calendar for Term 2 and Term 3. All services will be delivered on-site at the client's premises in North Sydney, Australia Sydney. The Special Education Teacher will work Monday to Friday, with a standard working week of 40 hours including preparation and administrative time.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions and availability of qualified Special Education Teacher candidates in the Australia Sydney region.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total Quotation Estimate value is due upon acceptance and execution of the service agreement. The remaining 50% shall be invoiced in two equal monthly instalments (Term 2 and Term 3), payable within fourteen (14) business days of invoice date.
- All rates quoted in this Quotation Estimate are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current rate of 10%, in accordance with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations applicable in Australia Sydney and the broader New South Wales jurisdiction.
- The Special Education Teacher engaged under this arrangement will be an employee of Sydney Inclusive Education Services Pty Ltd and will not be considered an employee or agent of the client school. The client is not responsible for payroll, superannuation, or workers' compensation obligations.
- Any additional services, extended hours, or scope changes beyond those detailed in this Quotation Estimate will require a written variation agreement signed by both parties before commencement. Additional hours will be billed at the applicable hourly rate specified in Section 3.
- The Special Education Teacher will comply with all applicable Australian and NSW legislation, including the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), the Education Act 1990 (NSW), the Children's Guardian Act 1986 (NSW), and the National Quality Standards for inclusive education in Australia Sydney.
- Confidentiality: All student records, assessment data, and personal information will be handled in strict accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the NSW Government's information privacy policies.
