The Special Education Teacher will be based at the school premises in Bangladesh Dhaka and will operate under the supervision of the school's academic administration. • Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Bangladesh Dhaka labor market and cost of living indices.
• The Special Education Teacher shall be subject to a background verification, medical fitness certificate, and clearance from the Bangladesh Police Cyber Security Division prior to commencement of duties.
• The Special Education Teacher shall work a standard 40-hour week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) with a one-hour lunch break, in accordance with the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006.
• Inclusive Education Services Ltd. shall provide a replacement Special Education Teacher of equivalent qualification within ten (10) working days in the event of prolonged absence due to illness or leave.
• All intellectual property, IEP documents, and student records generated during the engagement shall remain the property of Shahid International School.
• This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for classroom renovation, construction of accessible infrastructure, or procurement of large-scale equipment unless separately agreed in writing.
• Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh.
