The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in twelve (12) equal monthly installments of R$ 12,626.25, due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of Inclusive Education Services Ltda. The first installment is due within ten (10) business days of the formal acceptance of this quotation. Late payments shall incur a monthly interest rate of 1% plus a 2% penalty, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law.
Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- The Special Education Teacher shall be engaged under a standard Brazilian employment contract (CLT) and shall be subject to all applicable labor, social security, and tax obligations in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
- The client agrees to provide a suitable, accessible workspace for the Special Education Teacher, including necessary assistive technology, adapted furniture, and a quiet environment conducive to inclusive instruction.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In such cases, all statutory severance obligations under Brazilian law shall be fulfilled by the employing entity.
- All personal data processed in connection with this quotation and subsequent service delivery shall be handled in strict compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Law No. 13.709/2018).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed by both parties. The final service agreement will be drafted upon acceptance and will incorporate all terms stated herein.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service contract shall be resolved through the competent labor courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, or through mediation as provided by Brazilian law.
