This Quotation Estimate is issued by EduCare Professional Services Ltda. to provide the services of a qualified Special Education Teacher for the institution located in Brazil São Paulo. The proposed engagement covers the full academic year of 2025–2026 and includes the following professional responsibilities:
- Delivery of individualized and group-based special education instruction for students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, dyslexia, and physical impairments.
- Development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with Brazilian federal and state education regulations, including the Lei Brasileira de Inclusão (Law No. 13.146/2015).
- Collaboration with general education teachers, school psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning environment within the school premises in São Paulo.
- Preparation of weekly progress reports and quarterly assessments for each student under the Special Education Teacher's supervision.
- Participation in parent-teacher conferences, school board meetings, and interagency coordination sessions as required by the institution's policies.
- Professional development and continuous training in evidence-based special education methodologies, with a minimum of 40 hours of certified coursework per academic year.

The total amount of this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in monthly installments of R$ 21,118.37, due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of EduCare Professional Services Ltda. The first payment shall be due upon the commencement of services in February 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% plus interest calculated at the Selic rate, in accordance with Brazilian commercial law.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing and availability terms are subject to revision.
- The Special Education Teacher assigned to this engagement must hold a valid teaching license (licenciatura plena) with a specialization in special education (educação especial) recognized by the Conselho Nacional de Educação (CNE) and the state education board of São Paulo.
- All services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Brazilian Federal Constitution, the Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA), the Lei Brasileira de Inclusão, and all applicable municipal regulations in São Paulo.
- EduCare Professional Services Ltda. assumes full responsibility for the employment relationship, payroll, social security contributions (INSS), and all labor obligations associated with the Special Education Teacher under the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT) of Brazil.
- The client reserves the right to request a replacement of the Special Education Teacher with equivalent qualifications upon written notice of fourteen (14) days, at no additional cost.
- Any changes to the scope of services, working hours, or duration of the engagement must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed by both parties.
- Confidentiality: All student records, IEPs, and institutional data accessed by the Special Education Teacher shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Lei No. 13.709/2018).
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
