- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a non-binding proposal until formally accepted in writing by the client. Upon acceptance, a binding Service Agreement will be executed by both parties.
- All services described herein will be delivered by a Special Education Teacher who is in good standing with the British Columbia College of Teachers and holds a valid teaching certificate with a Special Education endorsement.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total amount is due upon contract execution; the remaining 50% is payable in equal monthly instalments over the 10-month service period. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as per the British Columbia Interest Act.
- The Special Education Teacher will adhere to all privacy and data protection obligations under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and the Canadian Privacy Act when handling student records in Canada Vancouver.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client will be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for classroom materials, assistive technology devices, or travel expenses beyond the City of Vancouver municipal boundaries. Any such additional costs will be itemized in a supplementary estimate prior to incurrence.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting Service Agreement shall be resolved through mediation in accordance with the British Columbia Civil Resolution Tribunal procedures, with jurisdiction in Canada Vancouver.
- BC Inclusive Education Services Ltd. carries professional liability insurance of no less than $5,000,000 CAD, valid throughout the service period.
