6. Terms and Conditions
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all pricing is subject to revision based on current labor market conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
  2. All amounts are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The client is responsible for any additional municipal levies imposed by the Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá.
  3. The Special Education Teacher shall be subject to a thirty (30) day probationary period. During this period, either party may terminate the engagement with written notice and no penalty.
  4. Any changes to the scope of services, including additional student caseloads or extended hours, will require a supplementary Quotation Estimate approved in writing by both parties.
  5. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated in the definitive service agreement. Late payments shall accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Colombian law (Interés Moratorio).
  6. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a guarantee of placement. The final selection of the Special Education Teacher is subject to mutual agreement and successful completion of all background checks required by Colombian law.
