Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule, subject to the terms of the executed service agreement for the Special Education Teacher in DR Congo Kinshasa:

Important Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation (USD to Congolese Franc) or changes in operational costs in DR Congo Kinshasa.
- The Special Education Teacher must hold a valid teaching license recognized by the DR Congo Ministry of National Education and possess a current medical fitness certificate for deployment in Kinshasa.
- Any scope modification, extension of contract duration, or addition of services beyond those listed herein will require a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and mutual written consent from both parties.
