1. Purpose of This Quotation Estimate
This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Alexandria Educational Staffing Co. to Al-Noor Integrated School, Alexandria, Egypt, in response to the client's written request dated 28 May 2025 for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional support of a qualified Special Education Teacher. 2. Scope of Services — Special Education Teacher Placement

5. Payment Terms
Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 20% (EGP 65,732.40) due upon signed acceptance of this document; the remaining 80% shall be invoiced monthly in arrears within five (5) business days of the end of each calendar month. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Alexandria Educational Staffing Co. at Banque Misr, Alexandria Branch. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law.
6. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing and availability of the Special Education Teacher may be subject to revision.
- The engagement of the Special Education Teacher is governed by the Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 and all applicable regulations of the Alexandria Governorate's educational sector.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rata charge for the remaining contract period shall apply.
- The Special Education Teacher shall be bound by a strict confidentiality agreement regarding all student records, medical information, and institutional data encountered during service delivery in Egypt Alexandria.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Alexandria, Egypt.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the initial deposit has been received.
