3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in the Ethiopian Birr exchange rate or changes in the Ethiopia Addis Ababa education sector regulatory environment.
Payment shall be made in monthly installments of ETB 124,104.17 (Grand Total divided by 12), due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer to Horizon Educational Services PLC at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Addis Ababa branch.
The Special Education Teacher shall be subject to a background check, medical clearance, and verification of academic credentials by the Addis Ababa City Education Bureau prior to commencement of duties in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
Horizon Educational Services PLC reserves the right to substitute the Special Education Teacher with a candidate of equal or superior qualifications should the original candidate become unavailable, provided the replacement meets all criteria specified in this Quotation Estimate.
All services shall be delivered in compliance with the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia's Labor Proclamation No. 1156/2019, the National Education Policy, and the Addis Ababa City Administration's regulations governing special and inclusive education.
Any changes to the scope of services, extension of the contract period, or modification of deliverables must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate, signed and stamped by both parties.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent court of law in Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by Horizon Educational Services PLC.
