Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments, due within 30 days of invoice issuance. The first installment shall be due upon contract signature. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month in accordance with French commercial law (Article L441-10 du Code de commerce). All payments shall be made via bank transfer (virement bancaire) to the account details provided on each invoice.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates and availability of the Special Education Teacher may be subject to revision.
- The Special Education Teacher shall maintain full professional liability insurance (assurance responsabilité civile professionnelle) throughout the engagement period in France Paris.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata charge for services already rendered shall apply.
