- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Special Education Teacher candidate may be subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, with the remaining 70% invoiced monthly in arrears. All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Frankfurt Inclusive Education Services GmbH, IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00, BIC: COBADEFFXXX.
- The Special Education Teacher shall be engaged under a fixed-term employment contract for one academic year (August 2025 to July 2026), renewable by mutual written agreement no later than 30 days prior to contract expiration.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the Hessian School Act (Hessisches Schulgesetz – HSchG), the German Social Code Book IX (SGB IX), and applicable data protection regulations under the GDPR (DSGVO).
- Frankfurt Inclusive Education Services GmbH shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 5,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Germany Frankfurt.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of six (6) weeks. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment of fees shall be applied.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. All modifications must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
