The Special Education Teacher proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Education (Special Education) degree from the University of Education, Winneba, or an equivalent institution accredited by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC). The candidate must hold a valid NCSEN certification and a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in inclusive classroom settings within Ghana Accra or other regions of Ghana. The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering individualised education programmes (IEPs), conducting functional assessments, providing one-on-one and small-group interventions, collaborating with mainstream teachers, and maintaining detailed progress records for students with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit disorders, and other special educational needs.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment for the Special Education Teacher engagement shall be structured as follows:

• 30% advance payment (GHS 49,698.00) due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the commencement of the recruitment process.
• Monthly instalments of GHS 10,376.00 payable on or before the 5th business day of each month for the duration of the 12-month contract year.
• Final settlement of any remaining balance, including the one-time recruitment and onboarding fees, due by 30 November 2025.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Accra Educational Services & Consultancy Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Osu Branch, Accra. Cheques payable to "Accra Educational Services & Consultancy Ltd." are also acceptable. No cash payments will be processed under this Quotation Estimate.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs are subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates, inflation adjustments, and NCSEN fee structures in Ghana Accra.
• The Special Education Teacher shall be engaged on a one-year renewable contract. Renewal terms and any salary adjustments will be negotiated no later than sixty (60) days before the contract expiry date.
• Accra Educational Services & Consultancy Ltd. reserves the right to replace the Special Education Teacher with a suitably qualified alternative candidate at no additional cost to the client, provided the replacement meets or exceeds the qualifications specified in this Quotation Estimate.
• All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the data protection provisions of the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana. Student records and assessment data handled by the Special Education Teacher shall remain the confidential property of St. Mary's Inclusive Academy.
• Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra in accordance with the Mediation Act, 2010 (Act 814), before escalation to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The full service agreement will be executed separately upon acceptance.
