Any relocation of the service delivery site beyond a 25-kilometre radius from the central Bangalore city limits may result in additional travel and accommodation charges as per the revised schedule attached to this document.
2. Detailed Description of Special Education Teacher ServicesThe Special Education Teacher proposed under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with a specialization in Special Education, or a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education from a UGC-recognized university in India. The candidate shall hold a valid certification from the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in inclusive classrooms or dedicated special education centres. The teacher shall be proficient in designing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), implementing evidence-based interventions such as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Structured Teaching (TEACCH), and sensory integration therapy, and maintaining comprehensive progress records in compliance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (India).
The scope of engagement includes daily classroom instruction, one-on-one therapeutic sessions, parent counselling and orientation workshops, inter-disciplinary coordination with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and clinical psychologists, as well as quarterly progress reporting to the client institution's administration. The Special Education Teacher shall also be responsible for adapting curriculum materials, preparing assistive technology recommendations, and participating in school-wide inclusive education training programs as directed by the client.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
- The engagement of the Special Education Teacher shall commence within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of a signed purchase order and the initial payment as specified in the payment schedule.
- Payment terms: 50% of the monthly fee shall be due on the 1st of each month, and the remaining 50% shall be due on the 16th. The one-time onboarding fee is payable in full prior to the commencement of services.
- The client shall provide a suitable, accessible workspace, necessary teaching aids, and any assistive technology equipment required for the Special Education Teacher to perform duties effectively at the designated location in Bangalore.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rata charge for the remaining notice period shall apply.
- All personal data of students and families handled by the Special Education Teacher shall be treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection regulations in India.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The final service agreement shall be executed separately and shall supersede all terms herein.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- All amounts quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. TDS, if applicable, shall be deducted as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 (India).
