This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on market conditions in Indonesia Jakarta.
The Special Education Teacher must hold a valid Sertifikat Pendidik (Teaching Certificate) in Special Education (Pendidikan Khusus) issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Special Education or a related field.
Payment terms: 50% of the one-time fees are due upon signing the service agreement; the remaining 50% is due upon successful placement of the Special Education Teacher. Monthly and annual recurring fees are payable on the first business day of each month or quarter, respectively.
EduJaya Professional Services PT. shall not be liable for any disruption in service caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting Indonesia Jakarta.
The Special Education Teacher is engaged as a direct employee of the client institution. EduJaya acts solely as a recruitment, placement, and professional support intermediary. All employment relationships, labor rights, and obligations are governed by Indonesian Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
Confidentiality: All personal data of the Special Education Teacher, student records, and institutional information shared during the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through mediation in the Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta) in accordance with Indonesian civil law.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate signifies intent to proceed with the Special Education Teacher engagement.
