Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Iran Tehran.
- The Special Education Teacher must hold a valid teaching license issued by the Iranian Ministry of Education and possess a specialized certification in special or inclusive education from an accredited institution.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 60% payable in equal monthly installments during the service period, and 10% upon successful completion of the 12-month contract term.
- The Special Education Teacher shall be subject to the labor laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including provisions for annual leave, sick leave, and social security enrollment.
- All services will be delivered at the designated school or learning center within Iran Tehran as specified by the client in the final service agreement.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a replacement Special Education Teacher will be sourced at no additional recruitment cost to the client.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to commencement of services.
- All intellectual property related to IEPs, lesson plans, and assessment tools developed by the Special Education Teacher during the engagement shall remain the property of the client organization.
- Confidentiality: All student records, assessment data, and personal information handled by the Special Education Teacher are subject to the data protection provisions of Iranian education law.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation in Iran Tehran before any legal proceedings are initiated.
