Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
30% upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
50% disbursed in equal monthly installments over the 12-month contract period.
20% upon successful completion of the final performance evaluation and knowledge transfer phase.
5.1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on market conditions in Iraq Baghdad.
5.2. The Special Education Teacher must hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Special Education or a closely related field, along with a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience in inclusive or special education settings.
5.3. The contractor shall comply with all Iraqi federal and Baghdad municipal regulations governing foreign educational personnel, including but not limited to labor law, residency requirements, and professional licensing.
5.4. Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unused funds shall be processed within thirty (30) days.
5.5. All intellectual property generated during the engagement, including adapted curricula and IEP frameworks, shall remain the property of the Baghdad Directorate of Special Education.
5.6. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq, with proceedings conducted in Baghdad.
