1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is issued by Jerusalem Inclusive Education Services Ltd. to provide a comprehensive financial breakdown for the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing professional support of a qualified Special Education Teacher to serve within the educational framework of Israel Jerusalem. 4. Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all rates and availability of the Special Education Teacher position are subject to re-evaluation.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement and commencement of the Special Education Teacher's duties, and 30% upon completion of the first six-month evaluation cycle.
All payments shall be made in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) via bank transfer to the account of Jerusalem Inclusive Education Services Ltd., Bank Leumi, Branch Jerusalem, Account No. 001-445-678-901.
The Special Education Teacher shall be subject to a 90-day probationary period during which either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days' written notice without penalty.
Any changes to the scope of services, number of students, or duration of the engagement in the Israel Jerusalem district must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. All terms herein are subject to the final agreement.
The provider shall maintain full compliance with Israeli labor law, the Protection of Privacy Law (5741-1981), and all data protection regulations applicable to educational records in Jerusalem.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to national security situations affecting the Israel Jerusalem region, may result in temporary suspension of services without financial penalty to either party.

5. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein for the engagement of a Special Education Teacher in the Israel Jerusalem educational framework.
