Leopardi" for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional support of a qualified Special Education Teacher (Insegnante di Sostegno) within the Milan metropolitan area. 4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Special Education Teacher may be subject to revision due to market conditions in the Italy Milan education sector.
4.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the account of EduCare Professional Services S.r.l. The monthly fee for the Special Education Teacher is due on the 5th of each month. A 15% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the placement.
4.3 Cancellation: Cancellation of the Special Education Teacher engagement prior to the start of the academic year requires a written notice of at least thirty (30) days. In such cases, the recruitment and administrative coordination fees (Items 1 and 3) shall remain non-refundable.
4.4 Regulatory Compliance: All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall comply with the Italian Constitution (Art. 34), Law 104/1992, Law 170/2010, D.Lgs. 66/2017, and the specific protocols of the Comune di Milano and the ASST Milano. The Special Education Teacher shall hold a valid teaching qualification recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education (MIUR/MIM).
4.5 Confidentiality: All student records, PEI documents, and personal data handled by the Special Education Teacher and our administrative team shall be protected in strict accordance with the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003 as amended by D.Lgs. 101/2018).
4.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Milano.
4.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies, natural disasters, or government-mandated school closures in the Milan region.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes EduCare Professional Services S.r.l. to proceed with the recruitment and placement of the Special Education Teacher as described herein. This signature constitutes a binding acceptance of all terms, conditions, and costs outlined in this document.
