This Quotation Estimate is issued by Inclusive Learning Solutions S.r.l. to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial proposal for the engagement of a qualified Special Education Teacher to deliver inclusive educational support services within the premises of Istituto Comprensivo Statale "G. Leopardi" located in Italy Rome. The purpose of this document is to outline the scope of services, associated costs, payment terms, and contractual conditions governing the provision of specialized educational support in accordance with Italian legislative framework, including Law 104/1992 and the Individualized Education Plan (PEI) requirements mandated by the Ministry of Education (MIUR).

The Special Education Teacher proposed for this engagement holds a recognized qualification in Special Education (Laurea Magistrale in Scienze della Formazione Primaria con abilitazione all'insegnamento di sostegno) and possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of direct classroom experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, sensory impairments, and specific learning disorders (DSA). The teacher will operate in full compliance with the Italian national curriculum and the individualized educational plans established for each supported student within the Rome school district.

Payment shall be structured in ten (10) equal monthly installments of EUR 5,453.40 (inclusive of VAT), due on the last business day of each month via bank transfer to the account designated by Inclusive Learning Solutions S.r.l. The first installment shall be due upon formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service contract. A 1.5% monthly late-payment penalty shall apply to any overdue balance in accordance with Italian commercial law (Codice Civile, Art. 1284).

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision.
The Special Education Teacher shall be available for a minimum of 24 hours per week of direct instructional support, aligned with the standard Italian school timetable (Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00).
All services shall be delivered at the school premises in Rome, Italy, or at alternative locations within the Lazio region as mutually agreed in writing.
The client reserves the right to request a replacement of the assigned Special Education Teacher with equivalent qualifications upon providing fourteen (14) days' written notice.
Confidentiality of all student records, diagnostic data, and PEI documents shall be maintained in strict compliance with the Italian General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national privacy legislation (D.Lgs. 196/2003).
Any modification to the scope of services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a formal written amendment signed by both parties.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by a formal service agreement.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent courts of Rome, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil jurisdiction.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Special Education Teacher services in Italy Rome and confirms acceptance of all terms, conditions, and financial figures presented herein. This signature authorizes Inclusive Learning Solutions S.r.l. to proceed with the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of the qualified Special Education Teacher as described in Section 2.
