Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. All pricing is subject to revision based on changes in Japan Kyoto municipal labor regulations, exchange rate fluctuations, or modifications to the scope of the Special Education Teacher role. The Special Education Teacher's compensation is structured in accordance with the Japan Kyoto public sector pay scale for certified special education professionals.

4.1. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. Upon acceptance, a definitive Service Agreement for the Special Education Teacher placement in Japan Kyoto shall be executed within fourteen (14) business days.

4.2. Payment terms: One-time costs (Item 2.1, 2.3, 2.4) are due within thirty (30) days of contract execution. Monthly salary payments (Item 2.2) shall be processed on the last business day of each calendar month. Annual costs (Items 2.5, 2.6, 2.7) are payable in two equal installments, due in January and July respectively.

4.3. The Special Education Teacher must hold a valid teaching license or equivalent certification recognized by the Japan Kyoto Board of Education. All licensing and certification verification is the responsibility of the contracting party as outlined in this Quotation Estimate.

4.4. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, a pro-rated settlement of the Special Education Teacher's remaining contractual obligations in Japan Kyoto shall be calculated and settled within thirty (30) days.

4.5. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes arising from the Special Education Teacher engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Japan Kyoto in accordance with the Japan Arbitration Association rules.

By signing below, the recipient acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Special Education Teacher services in Japan Kyoto and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined herein.
