Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following instalments, all payable via bank transfer to the account of East Africa Inclusive Education Consultants Ltd. at Equity Bank, Nairobi Branch:

  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of costs, particularly the salary component for the Special Education Teacher, which may be adjusted in line with the Kenya Public Service Salary Commission (KPSSC) annual increments.
  2. All services shall be delivered in compliance with the Kenya Education Act (Cap 214), the Persons with Disabilities Act (2003), and the National Inclusive Education Policy. The Special Education Teacher must hold a valid KISNE certification and a current teaching licence issued by the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) or its equivalent for private sector deployment in Kenya Nairobi.
  3. The client (Nairobi County Education Board) shall provide a suitable, accessible classroom environment and any additional infrastructure required for the Special Education Teacher to deliver instruction effectively. This includes wheelchair-accessible facilities, adequate lighting, and ventilation as per the Kenya Building Code.
  4. Confidentiality: All student records, IEPs, and assessment data handled by the Special Education Teacher shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya. No information shall be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the student's guardian or legal representative.
  5. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the date of termination, including non-refundable recruitment fees and assistive technology procurement.
  6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995. The courts of Kenya Nairobi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  7. All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The 16% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied in accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) regulations.
  8. The Special Education Teacher shall be subject to a police clearance certificate and a medical fitness examination prior to commencement of duties in any school or educational facility within Kenya Nairobi.
Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and employment contract for the Special Education Teacher must be executed by both parties before any services commence. The Nairobi County Education Board is advised to route this quotation through the County Procurement and Disposal of Assets Committee in line with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015.
