1. Scope of Services – Special Education Teacher Placement
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Inclusive Education Solutions Sdn. Bhd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing support of a qualified Special Education Teacher at the client's institution located in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. The services outlined in this Quotation Estimate are designed to meet the requirements set forth by the Malaysian Ministry of Education (KPM) and the Special Education Division (Bahagian Pendidikan Khas) for the provision of quality inclusive and special needs education services.
The Special Education Teacher to be placed under this Quotation Estimate shall hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Sarjana Muda Pendidikan Khas) from a recognised Malaysian university, possess a valid teaching certificate (Sijil Perguruan) issued by the Malaysian Ministry of Education, and have a minimum of three (3) years of documented experience working with students with diverse learning needs including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities, specific learning difficulties (dyslexia, dyscalculia), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and physical disabilities.

3. Payment Terms
The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be payable in accordance with the following schedule:
- 30% advance payment (RM 33,112.80) upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement.
- Monthly instalments of RM 6,374.40 for the remaining 11 months, payable by the 5th working day of each month via bank transfer to the account designated by Inclusive Education Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
- All payments are to be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to our designated bank account: Maybank, Account No. 5123-4567-8901, Inclusive Education Solutions Sdn. Bhd.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- The Special Education Teacher placed under this Quotation Estimate shall be bound by the Malaysian Education Act 1996 (Act 551) and all relevant regulations issued by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia.
- Inclusive Education Solutions Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to replace the Special Education Teacher with a candidate of equal or higher qualification should the current placement become untenable, provided that the replacement meets all criteria specified in Section 1 of this Quotation Estimate.
- The client (Taman Cerdas Integrated School) shall provide a suitable, accessible classroom environment, necessary furniture, and basic teaching infrastructure for the Special Education Teacher to carry out duties effectively.
- Confidentiality: All student records, IEP documents, and personal data handled by the Special Education Teacher shall be treated in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. The formal service agreement shall be executed within seven (7) working days of acceptance.
- All services rendered under this Quotation Estimate are subject to the availability of qualified Special Education Teacher candidates in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur region. In the event of a shortage, the timeline for placement may be extended by up to fourteen (14) working days with prior written notice to the client.
5. Acceptance and Authorisation
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Special Education Teacher services in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
