- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the designated account of Atlas Inclusive Education Services SARL, Casablanca branch. A 10% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to initiate the recruitment process for the Special Education Teacher.
- The Special Education Teacher shall be engaged under a fixed-term contract of ten (10) months, aligned with the Moroccan academic calendar. Early termination by either party requires a written notice of thirty (30) days.
- All services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be performed in full compliance with Moroccan labor law (Code du Travail), the national education framework, and the specific regulations governing special education institutions in the Casablanca-Settat region.
- The client institution shall provide a suitable, accessible workspace, necessary classroom infrastructure, and institutional support to enable the Special Education Teacher to perform duties effectively.
