1. Purpose and Scope of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Yangon Inclusive Education Services Co., Ltd. in response to the Request for Quotation (RFQ-2025-SET-019) submitted by Yangon Special Needs Academy. The purpose of this document is to provide a comprehensive, itemized cost breakdown for the recruitment, placement, and ongoing professional support of a qualified Special Education Teacher to be deployed at the client's facility in Myanmar Yangon. 3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
  1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Myanmar Yangon.
  2. Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful placement and commencement of duties by the Special Education Teacher, and 30% upon completion of the twelve-month contract period.
  3. All payments shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Yangon Inclusive Education Services Co., Ltd., or in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) at the prevailing Central Bank of Myanmar exchange rate on the date of payment.
  4. The Special Education Teacher shall be required to hold a valid Special Education certification recognized by the Myanmar Ministry of Education and a minimum of five (5) years of documented experience working with children with disabilities, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, and physical impairments.
  5. Working hours for the Special Education Teacher shall be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Myanmar Standard Time, with a one-hour lunch break. Overtime, if required, shall be compensated at 1.5 times the hourly rate as per Myanmar labor regulations.
  6. Either party may terminate the employment contract of the Special Education Teacher with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of termination, a replacement Special Education Teacher shall be sourced at no additional recruitment cost within forty-five (45) days.
  7. This Quotation Estimate does not include costs for specialized educational materials, assistive devices, or classroom modifications, which shall be procured separately by the client institution in Myanmar Yangon.
  8. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disputes, arbitration shall be conducted in Yangon, Myanmar, in accordance with the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
  9. Yangon Inclusive Education Services Co., Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the proposed Special Education Teacher candidate with an equally qualified individual, subject to the client's written approval, should the original candidate become unavailable.
4. Acceptance and Authorization

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of a Special Education Teacher in Myanmar Yangon. This document constitutes a binding agreement upon countersignature by both parties.
