- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nepal Kathmandu.
- The Special Education Teacher shall be bound by a standard employment contract governed by the Nepal Labor Act 2074 (2017) and applicable regulations of the Department of Education, Government of Nepal.
- Payment shall be made in monthly installments via bank transfer to the account designated by Inclusive Learning Nepal Pvt. Ltd. The first payment is due within seven (7) working days of contract execution.
- The client institution in Nepal Kathmandu shall provide a dedicated workspace, access to student records, and reasonable administrative support to enable the Special Education Teacher to perform duties effectively.
- Any additional services beyond the scope outlined in this Quotation Estimate, including emergency replacement of the Special Education Teacher or extended training programs, shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
- Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate through amicable negotiation. In the event of unresolved disagreement, the matter shall be referred to the competent court in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- All personal data of students and staff shall be handled in strict compliance with Nepal's data protection guidelines and the institution's internal privacy policies.
