The Special Education Teacher engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be physically based in Netherlands Amsterdam and will operate in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CAO) applicable to special education institutions in the Netherlands. The teacher will hold a recognized Dutch teaching diploma (Bachelors of Education in Special Education or equivalent) and will possess a valid teaching license issued by the relevant Dutch authority. All instructional activities will be conducted in Dutch, with the option for bilingual support (Dutch/English) where required by the student population.
The Special Education Teacher will be expected to maintain a caseload of no more than twelve (12) students with special educational needs, ensuring adequate individual attention and the development of personalized learning trajectories. Weekly coordination meetings with the school's multidisciplinary team (including school psychologists, speech therapists, and social workers) will be conducted on-site at the client's facility in Netherlands Amsterdam.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing and availability terms are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 50% of the total amount is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining 50% is payable in twelve (12) equal monthly installments over the contract period.
- All payments are to be made via bank transfer to the account of Educlarity Special Education Services B.V. (IBAN: NL91 ABNA 0123 4567 89) with reference number QE-2025-SE-0487.
- The Special Education Teacher is engaged as an employee of Educlarity Special Education Services B.V. and is seconded to the client institution in Netherlands Amsterdam. The client assumes no direct employment liability.
- Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata adjustment to the remaining balance will be applied.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally signed and countersigned by both parties. A separate service agreement will be executed upon acceptance.
- All data processing related to student records and the Special Education Teacher's performance documentation will comply with the Dutch GDPR implementation (UAVG) and the European General Data Protection Regulation.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
