All amounts are stated in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Exchange rate reference: 1 USD ≈ 1,580 NGN (as at 15 June 2025). The total in US Dollars is approximately USD 523.89.
This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule:
- 50% advance payment (NGN 413,875) due within five (5) working days of acceptance of this quotation to initiate the recruitment process for the Special Education Teacher.
- 40% milestone payment (NGN 331,100) due upon successful completion of the interview and selection process and prior to the onboarding of the Special Education Teacher at the Abuja school premises.
- 10% final payment (NGN 82,775) due at the conclusion of the six-month post-placement support period, subject to satisfactory completion of both performance reviews.
Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Abuja Educational Services & Consultancy Ltd. at Zenith Bank PLC, Abuja Main Branch, Account No. 1012-3456-7890. Cheques are not accepted.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Nigeria Abuja education sector.
- The appointed Special Education Teacher shall be employed directly by Bright Futures International School. Abuja Educational Services & Consultancy Ltd. acts solely as a recruitment and placement agency and does not assume employer liability.
- All candidate data processed during the recruitment of the Special Education Teacher shall be handled in strict compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.
- Should the school require a replacement Special Education Teacher within the first twelve (12) months due to performance or conduct issues, the re-recruitment fee shall be reduced by fifty percent (50%) of the original recruitment package cost.
- This quotation does not include the monthly salary, statutory pension (PENS), NHIS contributions, or any other employment benefits payable to the Special Education Teacher. These remain the sole responsibility of the employing school in accordance with the Nigeria Labour Act and FCT Abuja minimum wage regulations.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes a formal offer and, upon written acceptance by both parties, shall form part of the binding service agreement between the two entities.
