This Quotation Estimate is issued by Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd. in response to the formal request from Bright Future International School for the recruitment, deployment, and ongoing professional support of a qualified Special Education Teacher to serve within the school's inclusive education programme. The services described herein are specifically tailored to the educational landscape of Nigeria Lagos, taking into account the local curriculum requirements set by the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB), the National Curriculum for Special Education, and the diverse learner needs present in the school's student population.
The Special Education Teacher engaged under this arrangement will be responsible for designing and delivering individualized instruction for students with learning disabilities, sensory impairments, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and other special educational needs. The role encompasses classroom-based intervention, resource room facilitation, parent consultation, and collaboration with mainstream classroom teachers to ensure full inclusion in line with the Nigerian Education Act of 2024 and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, to which Nigeria is a signatory.

The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid in the following instalments:
- Instalment 1 (30%): NGN 2,731,575 – payable within 7 working days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, covering recruitment, resource room setup, and IEP development.
- Instalment 2 (40%): NGN 3,642,100 – payable in two equal monthly instalments (NGN 1,821,050 each) during months 1 and 2 of the engagement, covering the Special Education Teacher's salary and initial training workshops.
- Instalment 3 (30%): NGN 2,731,575 – payable in three equal quarterly instalments (NGN 910,525 each) during months 4, 8, and 12, covering ongoing services, assessments, and compliance activities.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd., Zenith Bank Plc, Victoria Island Branch, Nigeria Lagos, Account No. 1014-558-2291. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all costs are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Nigeria Lagos.
- The Special Education Teacher shall be engaged on a twelve-month renewable contract. Termination by either party requires a written notice of not less than thirty (30) days.
- Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd. guarantees that the deployed Special Education Teacher holds a valid National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) registration and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from a recognized Nigerian university.
- All services shall be delivered in compliance with the Lagos State Education Law, the Nigerian Education Act 2024, and the data protection provisions of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, particularly regarding the confidentiality of students' special needs records.
- The client shall provide a suitable, accessible workspace within the school premises for the Special Education Teacher and the resource room. Any structural modifications required for accessibility shall be at the client's expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. Acceptance is confirmed by the signature and date below.
- Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Nigeria Lagos before resorting to litigation in the competent courts of Lagos State.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined for the engagement of a Special Education Teacher and associated inclusive education services in Nigeria Lagos.
