- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon successful placement and commencement of the Special Education Teacher's duties, and 20% upon completion of the first full quarter of service delivery.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to KIES's designated account at HBL, Clifton Branch, Karachi, Pakistan. Cheques payable to "Karachi Inclusive Education Services (Pvt) Ltd."
- The Special Education Teacher shall be bound by a one-year service contract with Al-Noor Special Learning Academy. Early termination by the client prior to 6 months will incur a 25% penalty on the remaining contract value.
- KIES guarantees a replacement Special Education Teacher within fourteen (14) working days in the event of resignation, medical leave exceeding 30 days, or unsatisfactory performance as documented in the bi-monthly appraisal.
- All professional development workshops and supervisory visits shall be conducted within the Karachi metropolitan area (including Clifton, DHA, Gulshan, North Nazimabad, and Malir). Travel beyond these zones will be billed separately.
- This quotation does not include costs for classroom renovation, construction of sensory rooms, or procurement of large-scale assistive devices (wheelchairs, hearing aids), which may be quoted separately upon request.
- Both parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from this engagement through amicable negotiation, failing which the matter shall be referred to the Karachi Arbitration Forum under the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
- KIES reserves the right to withdraw this Quotation Estimate without prior notice if the client's premises fail to meet the minimum accessibility and safety standards mandated by the Sindh Special Education Policy, 2022.
