3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Peru Lima professional services sector.
3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in monthly installments of S/ 14,714.60 (including IGV), due on the 5th business day of each month via bank transfer to the account specified in the formal contract. A 10% advance payment is required upon contract signing.
3.3 Contractual Obligations: The Special Education Teacher shall comply with all labor regulations established by the Peruvian Labor Code (D.L. 25571) and MINEDU standards for inclusive education in Peru Lima. The teacher shall maintain valid professional registration with the Peruvian College of Psychologists and/or the relevant pedagogical body.
3.4 Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a penalty of 15% of the remaining contract value shall apply. Termination by the provider due to non-payment beyond fifteen (15) days shall be without penalty.
3.5 Confidentiality: All student records, diagnostic evaluations, and individualized educational plans developed by the Special Education Teacher in Peru Lima shall be treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Peruvian Law N° 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law).
3.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through mediation before the Lima Chamber of Commerce, and failing that, through the competent civil courts of the Lima judicial district.
Important Note: This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract. A formal service agreement must be executed by both parties prior to the commencement of services. All figures are expressed in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and are subject to the applicable IGV tax rate in force at the time of invoicing.
