The services covered under this Quotation Estimate encompass the full lifecycle of placing a Special Education Teacher in the client's institution in Russia Moscow. The scope includes, but is not limited to:

All amounts are quoted in Russian Rubles (RUB). Exchange rate reference: 1 USD ≈ 92.50 RUB as of the date of this Quotation Estimate.
Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule:
- 30% advance payment (RUB 394,668) due within ten (10) business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% milestone payment (RUB 526,224) due upon successful completion of the interview phase and formal offer acceptance by the selected Special Education Teacher.
- 30% final payment (RUB 394,668) due upon completion of the 14-day induction period and issuance of the onboarding completion certificate.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of ProEdu International Staffing Solutions LLC, Sberbank, Moscow Branch, Account No. 40702810400000012345, BIC: SABRRUMM. Invoices will be issued in Russian in accordance with Federal Law No. 402-FZ "On Accounting."
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Russia Moscow.
- The Special Education Teacher placed under this agreement shall be employed directly by the client institution. ProEdu International acts solely as a recruitment and support intermediary and does not assume employer liability.
- All services shall be performed in compliance with the Education Code of the Russian Federation, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and applicable Moscow municipal regulations governing special education institutions.
- Confidentiality: All candidate data, interview records, and institutional information exchanged during the execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential and protected under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data."
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, fees for services already rendered shall remain payable.
- This Quotation Estimate constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Special Education Teacher placement in Russia Moscow and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or understandings.
- Governing law: The laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow.
